Revert Katarina, just like LB and Rengar were reverted!

Katarina used to be fast, fun, and super smooth. Now she is super clunky, forces you to buy the same items without options, has no damage unless people are standing in her daggers, and overall feels super clunky and slow with all of her delays.

Rengar and LB were reversed and made them faster again. Made their burst more like an assassin should feel. It should be no different for Katarina. To be able to have her fast rotations, to use her passive as it was meant to be used. And to be honest, it would fix many issues that a lot of adc players, or other players that prefer squishy champions, have when playing against Katarina... her E always being out of cooldown.

Her mobility comes free, from her daggers. Before, she had to actually use her kit, including her passive, to be able to get her E again. She had to work for it. Now she is given those jumps for free, but even with high mobility, if people know how to play against it, you can't deal damage. Because they simply click to the right of left to avoid all your damage. Pre-rework, Katarina had very clear counter-play, but also gave a sense of danger if you misused your CC abilities on a front-line tank. Now she is countered by simply clicking slightly to your side, even when she catches you alone. This new Katarina is super un-fun, super slow, feels clunky, dagger mechanics and E delay feels aweful, ect.

Please Riot, listen to us for once, and let us play the champion that we Kat mains (and even those that did not main Kat, but liked playing her), loved and miss so much!
