Currently I am Plat IV and I need some general tips on how to get diamond by the end of the season. What are some strong picks right now? What is the difference between diamond players and platinum players? Is it worth it to play normal games to practice mechanics? Any help would be appreciated. I know that game knowledge/decision making and a good attitude are very vital to climbing the ladder. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to carry.
Well, there is a big difference between people who think losing games is everyone elses fault, and people who try to fix their own mistakes. Thats how I did it. I play top lane, and what i do every season is find someone who I can dominate my lane with in almost every matchup and i run around and focus carries in fights. This season its renekton, I dominate my lane almost every game with him, to the point where I can 2v1 jungle without help. Then there is 2 people on their team that is useless. I just dash in, stun, hydra, Q carry and they are dead. Last season was liss top but she isnt as good this season
