Yeah, that's never going to happen. There's simply not enough players under 30 to ever do that without launching those players queue times through the roof. If it bugs you that badly go play ranked where only level 30 is allowed to play.

Queue would not skyrocket. Level 1-29 could play together fine. It´s just another additional queue. Stop supporting Riot being lazy and greedy not having server-powers to support better matchmaking. It´s 100% the cause of all toxic behaviour in this game and unfair matching. True matchmaking would work way better.

It's not unfair matchmaking. You won't play those people unless you've been stomping other real new people. My brother and I are a perfect example. I'm only gold but at level ten on my new account was playing much higher level people because I at least know how to farm and push objectives. I play level 20-30s at level 15 now because of my normals mmr. My brother is level 12 playing level 5-10s who are clearly new to the game because he likes to do things like Mundo support and ap Ashe.

It's an issue of queue times. Pre level 30s have the same issues as diamond+ players because they make up such a small percentage of the population. Both see much longer queue times and frequently have matchmaking disparities. For example, masters/challenger players get paired up with diamonds players which causes some frustration for everyone. Same thing happens with pre-30 and lvl 30s.

I can understand the frustration but you need to understand that the alternative is 20+ minute queue times. Additionally, even if we restricted games to only pre-30s you'd still usually have at least 1 smurf in your games. I'm leveling up a new account right now and most games I play with have at least 2 smurfs in it.

Try to be positive and learn from more experienced players. And if they're acting like asses just mute them.

Believe me, I feel your pain. I'm only gold and I regularly go up against diamond players. In the long run it will accelerate your learning and make you a better player though.

I got to agree, this is an ARAM account, and at lvl 20 I see more ranked reward portraits than new players.

About 10-30% of people I'm matched with are 10+ lvls higher than me.

Why is this disparity allowed in a "skill based" game?

Part of it is your mmr I think. If you make an account and know what you're doing and win a lot, it is going to place you with others who win a lot which in norms is most likely going to be smurfs. I'm only gold but was leveling an account to play with my brother and about level ten we were playing people with keystone mysteries already. I think the system works as intended.

UM NO...If I am at 75-80% winrate and I am level 20, I SHOULD be put vs players that are 30 and higher elo.

I SHOULD NOT be stomping on legit noobs. Looks like anotehr smurf post..."Whah I'm not completely stomping my smurf games"

This. I agree with you. There are too many people who spend a couple seasons in silver, make a new account, win a bunch of games, then complain they get stomped because they're playing real smurfs who are legit better.
