Teammates

I swear to god league gives me the worst possible teammates in anything I play. I also have to first pick every time I play with a full team and I am wondering if there is some correlation in this. Even my friends agree that the teammates I get when in ranked or normal games are nowhere near my skill level. It is super frustrating to get bad teammates pretty much every single game and having to first pick whenever I play with a full team. It is like my account is being targeted or something. The pick order should be randomized and about the teammates its pretty ridiculous. Half of the time they dont even know how to play their champions they select and the other half they either int after a few deaths or they rage quit giving me and automatic loss. Even when I report someone for afking the league team never does anything about it. Having your team 0 and 7 at 7 minuets is getting real old.
