Fixing Trolls in Champ Select

Let's face it, dodging isn't just for kitty cats scared of their opponent's team comp. Sometimes, someone has to dodge for the team because of a troll. The idea: Vote to kick button in champ select where u need 4 people to vote yes... with textual evidence and champ picks (with sums) being sent to riot post-kick for punishment distribution. or maybe just game is disbanded? like a dodge without lp penalties... different possibilities of implementing ill let riot decide which is best for their general game that would avoid abuse but improve quality of games and avoid the need for people to burn their lp (sometimes more than ONCE A DAY, which means frequent players are punished by this escalating lp punishment for dodgers) maybe a warning that punished the ones that kicked the person by 20 lp per person if he was kicked unjustly. or like i said to avoid this punishment stuff we treat it like a forced dodge without lp loss
