I'm going to get rid of the surrender option in ranked because it doesn't allow for people who want to do well to get ahead.

There's a difference between being practical and knowing when you're behind way too much gold to catch up and you know even if your team made it to late game you still wouldn't stand a chance and people who pull the good old "gg ff at 20" in chat as soon as you're down 5 kills. Personally when I get trapped in those games where we have a split push comp that insists on team fighting and continuing to contribute to the enemy gold lead I would much rather just surrender. Not because I want to give up but because i would rather have a shot at a fresh game. Sometimes you don't want to be trapped in a game with potentially toxic or trolling teammates who aren't even trying to win but refuse to surrender because they know you can't leave.

Errr......No. Too many feeding assholes play the game. Surrender in essential for maintaining sanity.

The surrender shouldn't even have existed. It caused league players to become extremely defeatist.

Exactly. If you've played the game enough and if you are good you never quit in any game. So why allow the new players the option to be noobs?
