LeBlanc Rework Reverted on PBE

So the revert to old LeBlanc in an attempt to revive the butchered champ has been undone on the PBE. The champ has been ruined, and its hurts me to see any hope I had for this game disappear. This is the fate of all the newest champs too, since they go from busted on release to unplayable in the next patches with colossal nerfs. Whats the point in adding champs or keeping them in the game when they've been butchered so badly by the balance team to the point where they cannot be fixed?

It's coming back next pbe cycle, learn to read. Plus, the only 2 champs that are new that were broken on release were Zoe and Camille.

I know how to read thank you, I'm aware that its coming back next patch, but I do not believe for one second that any changes will have a positive effect on the champ. Shes very strong as old LeBlanc but very underwhelming in her state now. If this was going to be fixed, it would have been fixed already. But as has been said by many rioters, LeBlanc is extremely difficult to balance. The problem I'm trying to highlight is that the list of extremely difficult to balance champs is growing more and more with each champ addition, and if you've been playing league for a long time you'd know that's true.

Additionally, champs are often balanced to help one of two categories: Low elo, where people will complain about ANY champ they don't understand (for example, Teemo is a popular ban low elo, like come on) Pro play, where champs are played in structured formations that simple do not translate to solo queue, even at challenger level.

This method of examining and balancing them has been damaging League of Legends for a long time. Once, the only champs you'd never play were Urgot and Yorick, but you could easily play any of the remaining champs and succeed in the right situations. Now, there are numerous champs that you just don't pick, simply because the meta effects the game so much harder than it used to.

They remove experimental stuff from PBE close to Live Patch date because they have to lock in the changes that are shipping to live. As Le’Blanc’s revert isn’t coming to live in 8.6, it gets temporarily pulled.
