Azir W goes with his Q

So recently, Azir received a buff for his W skill, a 2 sec cd reduction. For me, that's a great starting point, but since his W goes with his Q skill, why not reduce his Q skill cooldown and increase W's base damage, and to compensate those changes, reduce Q damage Maybe?
