You finally get the team built and one of the players is afk and you wait for awhile but in up kicking them and waiting again. Roit needs to add to team host GUI a option to ping (ring a bell) either all or the one afk player to get them back to the game.

Team builder is unique, it's not like WoW or MMO's where you can queue for a dungeon and once all pieces are ready you jump in - you have a direct choice over who and what you want in your team. The result of that kind of customization is a little more patience needed. Players that join a team and then "I need a drink" are simply kicked if I'm Captain. Get that drink before you queue, pee before you queue, take out the dog, smoke all before you queue.

There's no reason to play it unless you main jungle or support, and if that's the case, then you're better off playing ranked.
