Okay so I didn't go and watch any of your games (apparently you can?)
What I keep seeing is that you keep dying a lot. You gotta try to play safer. Even when you get lots of kills its not worth it if you have lots of deaths.

its hard not dying cause they either rush me or gank me

Don’t be afraid to sit back further and not engage instantly. You could also try building a defensive item early on when you’re losing lane.

Ask yourself these simple questions. Have you ever considered warding/buying wards more often? Looking at the map more often? Keeping track of their Jungler (place deep wards)? Maybe pushed too far up without vision? Over extending with no backup? Playing too over aggressive when you're not supposed to or too aggressive when you're behind? Are you playing a champion that you're doing good with? Example: Say you are playing Xayah with a 23% win rate over 40 games versus Garen that is 50%. If that says anything, START playing Garen then! Try considering a change of pace and looking for different champions that have a higher winrate on! Don't play him/her for the first time in ranked however, practice with him/her over 15+ games. If its not champion comfortably and micro. Its Macro, your game-knowledge, which is most likely the case. Start looking for different warding spots, look at the map more often and that'll tell you if you can roam bottom or top for a gank. Improving your Micro will be the first few steps to getting out of bronze.

I will start looking at the map more often and improve my micro and thank you for the advice I really appreciate it

Not to be blunt, but you don't have the mechanical skill it takes to perform well with katarina, akali, etc. Stick to simpler champions for now. Jax, annie, master yi, and cho'gath are all strong picks that can brute force their way through the ranks. Try sticking to fewer champions, maybe 5 at most. And no more than 2 roles.

Die less, last hit minions more. That's all it takes to get out of bronze. It sounds oversimplified, but it's not. You're in the bottom 6% of the playerbase at the moment. Practice the fundamentals of staying alive in the game longer so you can impact it more and accruing more gold through minion waves. 15-20 cs is a kills worth of gold. You can win by simply being on the map for longer periods of times than the other inters players and having more items from farming.

There used to be a saying: "If you're not in platinum, play annie til you are."

Complex =/= strong | simple =/= weak.

If you want more advice and tips you can add me in game, but just keeping these things in mind will get you to silver V at least.

thank you so much and I added you so maybe you can help me get better but anyway thank you for the advice and what mid lane character do you think I should use

Hey BinoSageXL, I think you want to chose a role (hopefully the one you enjoy the most). After you pick the role, you want to choose 2-3 champs for that role and get very good at those champs. For example, I played most of my games as JG and used Warwick, Graves, and Volibear to get out of silver. Last season, I was placed in Bronze 3 and was able to get out playing Warwick (got to silver 2). Good luck!

Support might be a good option. Focus on keeping your champ alive, warding, watching the map. At least you don't have to worry about csing though :)

Going quickly through your history is seems like you prefer top and mid. I also saw that your CSing is not great. I have the same issue (mostly because I am a jungler) so when I lane I usually pick champions that CS easily. For mid, I'd go with Veigar, Heimendinger, and Morgana.

No, what hevis saying is that you will end up in the new tier below bronze called iron. They are adding two new tiers next season.

Your cs is really low.. you need to aim for at least 70-80cs/10 minutes.. On top of that, work on your kda. Your die, a lot. Play safer. If you can't maybe play a different champ. If you have issues killing creeps and not dying so much, maybe try to play support. Get to know a couple champs for each role (at least the two roles you queue up as) so you have something you can play if your main role is taken.

I am going to suggest to you what My friend told me when I went and started to learn how to play a champion. Focus on CS only. Player kills are potential items if you can get them, but Minions guarantee you items when you kill them. I suggest just spamming Annie since her Last hit Q on minions is free mana back so you can easily learn to last hit with that. Focus on trying to have more CS then your enemy laner. If they are in lane focus on only last hitting, when they leave lane push hard as possible.
