Your poll is dumb and you should feel dumb for putting two of the same answer. He's not that great though.
Fiddlesticks is definitely viable. If they didn't make Zhonya's 500g more expensive while nerfing the armor by 5, he'd actually be quite strong.
He's...fine? He STILL doesn't have a jungle item he gives a shit about, but, you know, whatever. At least this one has more AP. His ganks are kinda meh because he only has two patterns; the ol' "walk into lane and fear them", which technically works, but only really functions if the enemy is pretty well pushed up, or ulting into lane, which is a fine gank, but again it sort of relies on the enemy being pushed up or stupid. And on the subject of his ult, this is an ability that so clearly lends itself to chasing down targets, but one of his abilities forces him to stand still, while his squishiness forces him to buy Zhonyas so he can stand still longer. And that's really the thing. He jumps in, stands still, then dies. He's going to do A LOT after that jump, if he used it smartly, but thats the pattern. So yeah, fine, I guess, but not like good or anything.
