This Keystone is useless or is it in the wrong Tree..?

Problem with this is that the whole point in crit marksmen is that they do sustain dmg(until very late game where any one AA can 1shot), so while you can go hail of blades on them it's better for assassins that rely on auto attacks(which dont exist) no assassin would choose HoB over Electrocute and this rune is solely for some niche build and or champion.

Edit: Ive always seen Precision Tree as Back loaded dmg and Domination as Front Loaded. Domination Tree is to accentuate burst dmg. Is this an attempt at changing it up? or to possibly get more stacks of Rageblade off on an opponent? (nerfed btw)

For Hail of Blades to be viable enough to be taken over other Domination Keystones it would have to be buff SIGNIFICANTLY and ofcourse then it would be taken either way, which then it wouldn't be a case of it having a place, it would just be overpowered.

Why nuke it? Honestly I am agaist removing any runes, especially keystones. They always find some use. Instead of removing something just add more - it encourages more versitility in builds and as long as something isn't broken OP - everything is fine.

Scarra said they they should either start from scratch or place it in the precision tree.

I would prefer if they just redone it because theres already 4 keystones in the precision tree.

They just need to make it so that the CD only refreshes on you attacking. Instead of you dealing/taking damage. Right now it's just too difficult to rearm. Especially in lane. Meanwhile Lethal Tempo gets to enjoy a flat 6 second cool down with no restictions.

HOB can't be used with several champions to good affect. Diana gets a lot out of it when building for gunblade rush, Mordekaiser sees a lot of use when using it in midlane. Kindred and Vayne both enjoy the bonus when trading as well. Just because a keystone isnt as good as some for most people doesn't mean they should remove it. Otherwise there are many other that will need to go first. HOB isn't in a great spot because the meta is all burst and hypercarry, and there are far better runes for that. Give it time and it'll be fine.

I've tried it with kindred and enjoyed it. I also tried it on varus and was very pleasantly surprised. I think it's not terrible and actually better than lethal tempo
