How do the new tiers affect end of season rewards??

With the introduction of iron and grand master tier i was thinking about how they might impact the end of season rewards, more specifically, The gold rewards, will you still have to get to gold for the victorious skin or will they lower it to silver?

More than likely it'll still be gold needed for ranked reward. I dont see why they'd lower it.
