Good guides/info to check out?

Hey!

I've just recently got back into League, but even before I wasn't the greatest for looking up proper masteries, summoner spells for each lane, builds, etc. I know there's a ton of info out there, but I'm not really looking to drown myself in LoL stas, I'd just like to be a bit more competent :P
