Ban him.

It's pretty much all you can do at the moment.

Just stun or slow him, it's really not complex. For example when Nasus uses wither, Yasuo is fked.

For now you just ban him. If half the damn roster didn't have knockup he could ult off of, I'd say just outplay him, but meh, he's not worth the headache even if you do pick some of his counters.
