as a jungler main, do you think Krugs are a noob trap?

they take so long to clear, they also deal nice damage, is it really worth it anymore?. early level is a nightmare, maybe after level 5 you can clear in a normal speed.

I find a lot of the time I end up taking them after I've taken all other camps and ganked/applied pressure.

To me they are a nice fall back.

"No more camps to take, lanes are all pushed and I just ganked.... I don't wanna risk invading. Oh looks, Krugs."

Krugs? Personally i think Raptors are much worse. Unless your champ is good against them, they take so long when you can't kill them with one AoE spell and if you don't kill the small ones quickly they deal SO MUCH damage.

At least early.

But yeah some champions take a long time at Krugs too.

I have more trouble with Krugs usually, because I just smite the large Raptor (without aoe clears)

I like to smite gromp and the buffs because they tank more than big bird or big golem. You gain the hp whatever you smite so I dont think spending smite on the golems a good idea unless it just became available. `

I tend to do krugs before backing or before ganking the lane nearby, because I dont want to run to krugs then run back the way I came. You're probably better off taking the crab if you havent taken krugs yet because they reduced the xp krugs give the first time you kill them. Because of absurdly early level 3 ganks.

Depends on what jungler you are playing. Also, both are easily kiteable to minimize damage. If you are going hit for hit with your jungle camps then you are already doing it wrong.

Even with full build it takes too long to clear them. They need to have less splitting.

The f***** chickens are worse. You better save a smite when clearing it early game because they punish hard

yeah raptors do more damage but I generally clear them faster than kruggs

I agree that chickens are the most likely to murder the jungler but krugs always feels the least worth I mean they take forever to clear for what feels like no reward I mean the camp itself (I think) is worth slightly more than the chickens as far as gold and xp but the time it takes to clear while also being away from most of the map makes them something I only do if there is literally nothing else that can be done.
