ZED shuriken bug

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask if some1 else is experiencing the same bug as me. When i throw my shadow (W) then press shuriken (Q) and fast W to teleport on to the shadow again, zed throws two shurikens but from the starting point and not from the shadow so it does not hit the target. Pleaase rito fix this bug it is really annoying for me as a zed main.
