How to make Tanks, Trundle, and Rhaast Top viable (deep)

Primary goal is to allow tanks to be viable (buff tanks) while also enabling options to respond to them (anti tanks). I will not suggest my own ability ideas or damage numbers because Riot is much better at designing and balancing champions, they are educated in this and do it for a living. Tanks are not viable currently (only Ornn is). This post isn't meant to be read in isolation but with the assumption that tanks are to be buffed at the same time. I do not play tanks, so I cannot recommend changes specific to tank champions, but ideally if they were to be buffed it would be healthy to have more ways to respond than a couple of champions so things are kept fresh, and so that we do not have Tanks dominating the rift OR a total absence of tanks. As a side note I used to main Kayn top (65k mastery on ONLY Kayn top it's trash don't play it) and am currently maining Trundle top. Everything here is my opnion and should be taken with a grain of salt. Power budget can be adjusted as necessary to keep the champions balanced.

Trundle Trundle: Needs 25 bonus range on Q. Trundle and Shyvana are the only_ AD melees_ in the game who's auto resets don't grant bonus range or ms. Fiora Renekton Jax Rengar Nasus and many others had this problem in the past, but they got fixed, likely because they are more popular which means more attention. This small change would not significantly buff jungle Trundle, rather top Trundle who is struggling. This is an issue because it is much harder to trade as you cannot attempt to auto into auto reset at max range whereas all other AD melees with auto resets can do this with one ability.

Needs a completely new passive. Even simple passives such as Camille's have skill expression, whereas Trundle's passive has zero skill expression, its quite literally just hp/5 and you have no control over it. It is from 2010. It is not fun for the player or the enemy, there is no counterplay or outplay with it. It simply exists. Passive can still be related to health, just needs modernization.

Needs anti tank tools outside of R. Despite popular belief, without his R Trundle is quite bad at fighting tanks. Mordekaiser, Fiora, and Darius are very good at fighting tanks even without ultimate which is why they are picked over Trundle top lane.

Kayn Rhaast: Needs ability level scaling on Q and R. Q and R do not increase their base damage when leveled. The reason Rhaast is rarely picked over SA is because Kayn is designed to be a mid to late game champ, when Rhaast does not scale. The only benefit from levelling Q is 0.5 second reduction per level, and for R 20 second reduction.

Needs total AD / max hp scalings. ALL four abilities on Rhaast scale off BONUS AD when he builds bruiser items. To my knowledge, he is the only bruiser/juggernaut in the entire game who does not have any total ad / maximum hp scalings (i am excluding the 55% ad ratio on Q as it is negligible (1 auto attack IF you land both parts) and am referring to the bonus ad part of Q).

Please share your thoughts, thank you!

Kayn doesn't work top because he needs the form to function.

Trundle true what you say, though the champion honestly just needs a rework if we wanted to push him top as his trading pattern is too linear.

Trundle is not a tank Rhaast is also not a tank Trundle's ultimate is not just an anti-tank tool, its a "everyone in your team is now anti-tank, and you are a tank" tool Passive might be outdated, Im not sure, I never played him Rhaast is almost always better than SA even without all those buffs, and he scales mostly with items and enemy HP 0.5 cd reduction is huge on a spell with such low cd and dash+huge AOE damage+heal
