Rumble buffs

Rumble is an AP bully. He fills that role well. But..... he need some changes. i dont like that some other champs get puffs and get balanced, but not the older ones. Rumble survivebillity is very BAD. and i have some thing to balance him and improve him. I think he needs a W passive. The passive should give him a little amont of armor and magicressist when under 40% off hes hp. I also think he needs some more hp per level, hes kind off bad. and does not suit against the top laners. t.ex. darius. Darius has great early game an end game. and hes very tanky for a bruiser. i think rumble sould get some hp so he can survive against the tanky bruisers and survive. rumbles late game will then be a little bit better. but dmg over all with rumble is great. the heat mechanic is great. and overall hes a cool champ. just need some buffs ;) have a great day!

I really think they could do some nice things with the new W passive for Rumble. I do admit he is weak at the moment and i think that riot should look in to giving him some powerups. They could really do a interesting thing with that W passive idea. Riot might have secret plans for Rumble that they will not share with the community, could be buffs, nerfs or ever reworks of the champion but overall if they did anything to the champ that would really do him a favor.

No? Rumble just doesn't fit into top meta right now, only reason to pick him would be to overstat him. He is midlane champ, like it or not.

Only QoL I would like would be getting ghosted in W, it would be big buff.

His shield is massive >50% heat to the point where LB with her QWAA electrocute won't dmg you at all.

I love Rumble and after W and R buffs, he is really strong midlane champ, everything you will do to make him viable top will make him even stronger mid.
