Make it possible to change skins on champs, before we go into the game :)

I have often thought that it was a bit annoying that you have to go into a game to choose which skin you want to play with. Don't get me wrong i think it is great that you can change skin in champ select. But it would be nice if i could change the skin before i was heading into the game so I wouldn't forget it. It would be nice if, e.g., i purchased a skin and i could go right into collection and then chose the skin that I want my champ to use in the future :)

by changing/chosing your skin, runes, summoners etc in champ select is choosing to do before the game. if you wanna do it between that and the actual spawning of champs in fountain then you wouldnt load into game..., all that info/data has to be received by riots servers from the clients to implement into the game you are playing

exactly the Anarchit3cht, i think it would be a great addition to the game. it's actually pretty funny that it isn't there already when they have that beautiful collection system
