Ok we have all faced annie and dont get me wrong shes not extremely OP but there is just that one thing we all absolutely hate. No not her passive, not her insane q and AA range. But the problem is of course tibbers. You can say all you want that its not broken and i agree that to an extent its not. The AP ratio isn't that broken, the burn damage isn't, the speed but its the fact it has no counter play. Its instant cast. the only possible way to dodge it is to predict it. And now as many annie players are obvious they are going to ult, good annies can make it almost unpredictable. Now many mid laners have gotten nerfs so why not do something with annies ult? Now what i was thinking was to do something with it like veigars stun so you can actually see the area that it will spawn and have it on a short delay so that you can actually dodge it. Not to much of a delay were it becomes undependable but just enough were its a skillshot and now a freelo click.
