Is there a list going around to add people you play with that make this game nearly unbearable? I am talking about those cry babies who make stupid decisions and end up getting killed for being overly aggressive or some shit and blame everyone else, or my personal favorite Q_Q in fountain saying "I'm done", "I'm AFK report me". AFTER ONE DEATH. If some players have not actually reported these people and riot doesn't get to them i'd wonder if there is a list that can be made to add them too so people are aware of who to dodge because of the instant L that is about to occur.

That's against forum rules. Not allowed to name and shame. To bypass the rules, you complain about a player like so:

"I was in a match as riven with my buddy cho and this rager baby annie threw the entire game"

or

"My last match was horrible. when will riot ban these toxic players? After the vayne I had last game I think I may quit league"

Then the nosy people, such as myself, will Op.gg them.
