Are "special indicators" disabled?

Hi guys, my gf is a support player and she previously had to reset your account settings. The problem is that the "spell indicator" of "rings" can not activate it, otherwise, something like this comes up:

And she needs this, specifically comes out with skills like the improved E of Karma or the W of Nami:

I clarify one thing, I know that the first example is MF and not Nami, but look more closely, what I'm trying to say is that, when playing Nami, instead of invoking the "ring indicator" what appears is the cursor

I just tested it myself ingame and it's not working for me either This reddit thread shows other people reporting the same issue It looks like its a new bug

Few things to try depending on what it is you are actually looking for.

Either you are looking for non quick cast.... which means press esc in game and then there is a highlighted arrow of sorts under some of the buttons that you can toggle off.... (can possibly get to it via settings and "hotkeys")

Or you are looking for quick cast with indicators which is just below where you toggle the quick casts and it is a checkbox.

I don't wanna enable quickcast or quickcast with indicator, i wanna to be able to see these indicators because, in some way or another, I can not see them with quickcast with indicators as before.

To try to explain myself better, I can activate quickcast and those tools (and it's not what I'm looking for), but the AoE indicators (https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Spell_indicator ) are not shown at all (and that's what I try to find, how to activate them again) because as I mentioned above, instead of showing me the indicators of "AoE indicators", this cursor appears below:

PD: That's the Q of MF btw, not even the cone appears
