@Riot Why is Athene's in the Blood Moon game mode?

The only person in this game mode with the ability to cast a heal or shield on another ally is... Lee Sin. Isn't it a harass support item? Damage --> heal more? Seems like a strange choice with all the other support items disabled.

Edit: Can we also address Banner of Command with no minions to upgrade?

Don't worry, riot isn't consistent in their own "take on the classic Assassin Power Fantasy", so i doubt that they're gonna be consistent on their Mage itemization fantasy as well.

Titanic bothers me, but at least it's usable. But good catch for Banner with no minions to upgrade.
