Ranked Question

Hi guys I was just posting to see what everyone thinks about the league of legends ranked ques, I am currently in silver though i was in gold last season and in platinum in the preseason. I was just wondering how people felt about the new ranked que as i find it is harder to carry games now than it has ever been, do you guys feel the same or is it just me i feel like no matter how well i play in a game anymore i still have a higher chance of losing then i ever do to win i feel like in order for shorter que times i get matched with people that are well below the level of people i should be playing with and i know people are just going to say if you play well you will climb and i just dont feel like thats the case anymore as it seems like in everygame their are 1 or 2 players that are just completely out of their skill level and i find myself having to deal with people that do nothing but go 0/6 or 0/10 in lane. Is this just in my head or is this an actual issue right now?
