Does "Battle for Freljord" secondary quest still happen?

I was thinking back on stuff that I've done in league over the years, and I vaguely remember like a year or so or some time ago that there was a quest that popped up in-game called "Battle for Freljord". It was extremely similar to "The Hunt is On" between Kha'Zix and Rengar; however, it happened between Sejuani, Ashe, and Lissandra. I think it occured like when there was one of the three on both teams and they each got past a set amount of takedowns or something like that. I was wondering if anyone could confirm that this still goes on today if the said requirements are met? I know the event started back around 2013 when they completely overhauled the freljord lore, but I know that this happened to me in game way past that event. I believe it was like 2016 or 2017, but I haven't seen it since. Thank you for reading and if anyone could help out it would be appreciated.

Yes it still works , you dont need the 3 Liss sej ashe

only 2 on opposite teams

and untill they both reach a certain level (18 i think)

the quest pops up and the one who gets the kill becomes queen and gets an ice crown on her head (yes actually an ingame crown)

even more , it works on aram

you just need to get 1 lissandra or ashe or sejuani on each team

It requires 20 kills/assists from one of the participating women, not level. Once one of them hits the 20 mark, the quest triggers, and the first one to kill the other gets to be queen.

Yeah it works but you'll never see it because Sejuani is unpickable at this point. 44% winrate (lowest WR and Play Rate she's ever had) totally useless. I wish I picked a different champ to main Riot makes me want to kms
