Personally? I vote Shen. If Zed stays too long in the fight, then he's going to lose unless Shen messes up.

Zed could win from playing like run poke run poke run kill, if they do a straight up fight Shen would win due to tankiness and % hp damage

Until Shen gets a ton of armor, it's Zed every time.
