Got into a game with 3-man premade, one of them as my sup. He kept on all inning even on unfavourable trades. He then left to roam and didnt bother warding botside and left me to die getting dived by 3 of the enemy. When we lose the game all of them blamed me and used very rude language. Of course I reported them but oh well what can a report by 1 man do to a 3-man premade?

Sounds like this player would've been a problem for you even when solo. Players do not suddenly become toxic and bad because they are in a premade; they are like that solo, too. You're not going to see anything different in Solo Queue. Just mute and report them and move on.
The problem with Solo Que is, the pre made que can only have groups of 2 or groups of 3 or groups of 5. Because there would be no person playing pre made solo, a pre made of 4 would have literally ∞ time to que up.
