Why is EUNE such a garbage server ?

So i'm just wondering how can a braindead person reach platinum rank on this server so easy ? Let me give you an example. Few day's ago i played a game in which we had a full teamfight comp (I was jarvan, i think cait adc, alistar, ivern and janna supp ) while the enemy had more of a pick comp with a tf mi, lee jungle and i think kayn or other mobile champ top. Even though we were even till mid game my team literaly didn't group even once. Thos braindead players who cry that can't reach diamond didn't even have a plan on how to winn the game, and that's not only in that game, it's literaly in any game i play, people get to mid game and don't know what to do, play and ward around objectives, ward enemy jungle and make picks, baits, literaly nothing but farming while game and chasing enemy in sidelanes. No matter how many times i said we have an easy winn grouped, no matter if i was the only guy with an idea on how to winn that game i was still ignored cuz everyone knew better and they were picked whole game 1 by 1 flaming every time and asking where their team was, i mean how is a ivern splitpushing a good idea !? Why are people on this server so damn cocky that they will rather lose then lisen to 1 of teammates who at least HAS an idea on how to close up a game !? In last game i had a plat 1 Garen building armor vs akali, he went 0/4 and lost tower around 8 mins and later i was flamed by my adc for not being able to protect him from a 15/2 akali and he didn't even think about building at least a little mr !? Get a grip and start lisening to your teammates cuz your cockyness is puting us down a lot !
