Does Galio Need a Rework?

In my personal opinion, Galio is a champion that has been out for quite a while, but no one has paid any attention to how he isn't very viable in these new seasons. His kit isn't very interesting and he hasn't really got any exciting game play because hes always played the same every single time..

I say he needs a rework to fit in the new season and become a champ that is regularly played.
