Kalista and lucian out of the game!! the nerfs are heavy

as the title says kalista and lucian out of the game kalista and lucian are fine at early but if we look at late their damage output equal 0 to any another apc/adc in this game .... kalista was tier 1 adc ... now no one can remember her as adc just disappeared !! lucian was tier 1 adc ... now no one pick it .. disappeared !! and all his core items nerfed aegis nerf was target for adc and buff for apc ? for what!! assassinate ..... every champion above got deleted in 2 patches only meanwhile rengar was op and why not more buff ? ya ya lets buff ( this patch nerf wasn`t enough tho ) lucian win ratio is the lowest
