It's really rare for me to be able to fight this guy and come out alive, even in 2v1's, I'm just bad against him. I know attack speed reduction is perfect against him but buying it for a Jax only doesn't seem effective. So does anyone have any tips on his weaknesses? BTW I would also appreciate tips against Ryze, GP and Amumu.
His e does more damage the more you try to hit him during it. Seems obvious not to hit him during it, but you'd be surprised how many people try.
Finding a way to dodge his stun is always really helpful, and avoid 1v1'ing him later on or when he's fed. Grouping and allowing your carries to kill him if you're top or jg (I assume, since you want tips on countering him) will be very good.
But yeah, he is pretty annoying.
Attack speed slows don't help as much due to auto resets.
Dodge his stun, short trade with him when he has low stacks, build new vest and laugh?
The best thing I suggest is playing Jax yourself to learn his patterns and weakness.
Short trades and dodge his E.
Gangplank is all in him without letting him poke you. Dodge barrels or destroy them. Farm the best you can without taking too much poke until you can win an all in.
jax is great in prolong fights due to his passive his dodge, and his ult
he has mix damage
quick burst/ trades are ideal
champs that excel at these kind of fights/trades do well vs him
he is really good vs auto attackers so auto attacker based champs arent ideal
he has no natural sustain... he is an auto based champ
he can close the gap on you with his leap and also use this as an escape having a way to counter this , mobilty/gap closer cc is good
exhaust is a good spell vs jax... if he gets to 4 items the odds of 1 vs 1 him slim to none

Im a jax main and im here to learn how others try to counter me so i can beware of everything, u guys should do the same it helps out alot
