Is it possible to go 1 hour without someone bitching and complaining and begging riot for nerfs?

Statistically speaking? Probably not, as it's a global game with a ton of players, and there's always something someone doesn't like. Even players who never visit the Boards complain.

Not when their game is unbalanced. There is a reason that 60+ champions have about a 5% pick-rate in ranked. Go look at Dota 2. I'm pretty sure even the most awkward champions get played in all ELOS more often. That's because it's MILDLY balanced in comparison to this game.
If any type of champs need a nerf...it would be Xin, Eve, Karthus, Noc, Mundo, Tryn, Rammus, Fizz, Etc.
Oh! How about the marksman and assassin type champs? Sivir, Ashe, Twitch, Varus, Quinn and a few select others need a bit of a damage boost...either that or a HUGE beef to Ability Defense...i mean seriously... These types of champs HAVE to be fed before they become lethal to go against... Those of you who main ranger/assassin types know exactly what I'm talking about.
