Gunblade warwick

So I was reading the wiki on warwick (I know wikis can be unreliable) and it said that gunblade is a good item on Warwick. I'm definitely going to try this when I get home but what do you guys think of it and have you tried it before? I was thinking go something like revolver first then get an armor or magic resist item and after that finish gunblade. I think it would work well with the lifesteal and spellvamp from the defensive tree and eventually a spirit visage.

Also what do you guys think of iceborne gauntlet on warwick. I think its really good on him.

I think it is referring to the old build a long time ago that top warwicks ran.

item 3068 > item 3020 > item 3146 Then pretty much full tank. It was a weird build but I used to see it a lot in season 1/2.

Gunblade is not a good item for him, because it's too pricey for what it gives to him. Even AP WW doesn't like it (who was all about the DFG+ult and Q). Only his Q has AP scaling.

i used to do it and its good but i think there are probably better items/builds. warwick sits in this strange place where i never quite know what to build on him.

WW has problems farming the whole wave fast enough and go roaming, so Tiamat is good for lane, but it's not that great for him generally.
