When does the new Project skins come out? 2016
I still dont really understand when the new project skins come out. Are they already out? or are they still working on them?

They will come out during 6.15 patch cycle. So sometime in the 2 weeks after 6.15 goes live but before 6.16 goes live, the new PROJECT skins become available. Right now, they're on the PBE for bug testing, quality assurance & making small improvements based on player feedback.
Oh i hope they come fast! 6.15..
