Almost every game I accept someone dodges and it sometimes takes up too 20 minutes to get in a game. Is it just that there isn't enough penalty to dodging? Have people been crashing or something? I just hope this'll change soon.
I agree, especially in draft when the last person doesn't lock in.
The client is garbage. The new client will black screen at champ select, and the old client will crash randomly, usually during champ select.
It has nothing to do with penalties.

Nah, you could have penalized me for a week, I would have dodged every single one of those 3 games. It's not worth it. You know? once your progression is good enough, the amount of shit that is poured on you is TOTALLY UNREAL. Or you learn to dodge, or you become crazy, easy as that. And you can punish me with whatever, I'll always choose my sanity and mental health.
