ive been stuck in gold v for 2 months after reaching gold v 2 months ago i quickly got to gold 3 70 lp then boom tilt does its job and back to gold v.I know im not the best player but i try to cs as much as possible,i try to ping for objectives,i roam, i still do mistakes but i cant rank up.how a diamond or master got out of gold im sure they had bunches of troll but they managed to rise, even challengers get placed in high plat after the provisionals.in conclusion what can i do to rise quickly

Although I'm not gold, I am silver 3, and I have found the trick to climbing is maining one champion and one champion only. This way, you can focus more on game mechanics then champion mechanics because you know your main well enough that trading and combos comes automatically, rather then playing 5+ champions, which causes you to multitask between both ends of the spectrum.

If you were wondering, I climbed from bronze 4 to silver 3 by one ticking Kat.
