Lags/Frame Drop when ulting

Hello everyone

I have a Problem that does not seem to apply to my friends or other People in my games. Everytime i ult (or even skill it with CTRL+R) my Screen Freezes for like a second. This is very annoying and for champs like Kha'Zix a huge disadvantage since i cant make use of my ult at all. I have tried reinstalling both LoL and my Graphics Card Drivers (Nvidia Gforce Experience). This has been really bothering me lately and hope someone can help me. The first time i encountered this Problem was like 2 Weeks Ago and it started to get worse. It cant be my PC beein to weak to run it since i can run really Graphic heavy games at 60 FPS ultra.

What GFX card do you have, because if it's an old NVidia one that might make sense. Nvidia does NOT age well as they have a tendency to not update drivers for older graphics cards. I would personally recommend maybe an r7 360 if you are on a budget, or an r9 fury/r9 nano if you have a fat wallet. They hover around $100 and perform very well for a $100 card, plus AMD actually updates drivers for older graphics cards, so they age much better.

I have a GTX 980 so i don't think thats the Problem but thanks a lot anyways.
