Illaoi Build Help

Hey guys, relatively new player here to League of Legends. Just started getting into the real chunk of ranked play and understanding the game, and I've recently been interested in Illaoi. My biggest question is whether Death's Dance or Titanic Hydra is the better 2nd item on her, but any build advice is welcome and appreciated. (I also play Pantheon alot if you have tips for him too.)

Situational Items: item 3742 item 3143 item 3026 item 3078 item 3025

You don't need Death's Dance, since your tentacles already heal you. And you don't need Titanic, since you're not spamming AAs for damage. Most of your damage comes from your tentacles.

So this is what i got from everyone so far, I could switch out item 3742 for item 3143 or whatever else i need each match
