QOL buff for fiora's q

Fiora's q says it prioritizes minions in kill range. However, it doesn't take into account fiora's on hit effects when selecting the target (if applicable). Could you change it so that the "kill range" on Fiora's q takes into account these on hit effects (ie sheen).
