This is the first time I ever see it happen and it has happened twice to me today on a low level account.

i dont see a problem they are on different teams
You mentioned Low level. chances are, their arn't enough champions to ensure that everyone champion is unique. Even after factoring the 10 champs on the free to play roster, you can still reroll them away.
