[Suggestion] Forgetting Smite

For players who forget to bring smite can the game give them a chance to do it in game? Especially since you are no longer able to buy the jungle item without having smite, the moment the loading screen shows up and you forget to bring smite then it's over. Your team will be without a jungler and now with jungle being nerfed to the ground for anyone without a jungle item then you just end up trying to support lanes without gold or exp.

Can riot implement a mechanic that will allow players to make the change at the start of the game once. Change 1 summoner skill for smite. Have this be revealed to the enemy team too. I have a feeling that riot might want to include restrictions to this ability to fit the meta, i.e. only 1 smite on a team even with this suggestion in place. That'll be upto them.

Please implement this so that forgetting smite isn't 20 minutes of waiting to surrender.. And before anyone says you can still play or win, yes you can but that doesn't mean this shouldn't be implemented..
