Why not have both team builder and the new garbage one ?

Shouldn't it work in a way that WE tell the game where the hell we wanna play ?? If I wanna play ranked and I just wanna play in one lane who are YOU to stop me ??? I tell you where I play .. you don't tell me where I should play !!! .. and many other problems ... for example, if you and one of your buddies wanna join a queue and you both want 2 same lanes .. you don't get to start the queue ... it is such a garbage idea ... like I want my primary mid and secondary jg and my buddy wants the jg primary and mid secondary .. you can't do it. And why in the hell can't you just have both old (team builder) and new queue finder available so people get to choose whatever they want ?
