Abilities wont work when i get into game

Recently when I get into a game my abilities wont work when i press my Q, W, E, R. Plus my tab button wont work. I have to completely log out of the game and restart. It has gotten so bad that i had to restart my computer and i didnt get into the game until 20 minutes. Can someone help me?
