Wondering if anyone could explain the exact bug that has yasuo disabled and also if any reds know when he will be re enabled for play

i believe it was when i stated that his passive was broken. his passive was stating that he had 40% crit chance when he was really suppose to have 80% crit chance with item 3031 and item 3087 since his passive double his crit chance
