Dodging When It's Appropriate

I just got out of a ranked queue that started like this -

The top laner picked Yasuo as his selected champion, the jungler who had the last ban knew this. He said "Rather not have a Trashuo on my team", and proceeded to ban Yasuo (Honestly, I've never seen a good Yasuo in this elo, so, truth be told I didn't mind, but I understand how you'd get annoyed by such a thing). Now, as you can imagine, the top laner didn't have a good reaction at all. He autolocked Teemo jungle afterwards, and said that he was going to do nothing but troll the jungle. Now mind you, I know it will happen in my elo (Silver 5 right now, slowly making my way out), but, I decided to take one for the rest of the team and dodge, trying to avoid having to listen to them continuously argue in the chat and avoiding a troll top laner. I feel as if Riot NEEDS to have a in-queue report system or a way to vote to remake the queue where nobody would lose ANY LP nor get a timeout for doing something that was obviously needed, seeing as the team did nothing but argue not even a minute into the queue. Riot, this is a problem. I know I'm not the only one who is annoyed by this, and I'm hoping you will eventually find a good way to handle this.
