Why am I getting placed with gold 5's and I'm only silver 4, I CANT KEEP UP WITH THE GAME

I'm really getting sick of being matched with fucking gold 5 otp's. Every game I end up with either solo que or dou que I end up playing with higher rated players. The last game I had a 2-10 silver 2 ezreal support and a 4-15 silver 2 kindred, that alone was my botlane. I have a so called "carry mentality" but it's getting to the point to where I'm getting scared to go into ranked because I'll get a feeding botlane or straight up get invaded, While that went on I tried to keep a positive score going 3-4-0 at the end. and apparently we lost the game because of "me" ????? makes no sense at all
