You shouldn't lose promos or lose LP in ranked if you have a DC on your team

Being down a player because ritos game breaks isn't fair and it's extremely difficult to carry a game 4v5 to victory. Should be loss forgiveness or something in place to patrol and correct this problem. I know you all will say, "But if you are duo with someone and are losing someone could just back out a disconnect from the game and you wont lose points." True. And some ppl just have bad internet. True. But dont play online games with bad internet and put a system in place that watches for ppl who leave multiple times.
