Buffing and Nerfing Champions

I was just wondering I how you guys base your buffs and nerfs to certain champs. Because I just recently played against a Urgot who received a rework and buff that I believe is useless because he already does to much damage. I understand that his cool downs were messed with. But his range on some abilities and damage should be nerfed no longer buffed. Honestly how does it seem to be fair when I get poked out of lane uncontrollable with no counter play? I am also not hating or wanting to receive a ban for saying my piece it's just a questions. Thanks :D

Urgot isn't that strong of a champ, just because you trouble with him doesn't mean he should be nerfed. I hate going against Bards but that doesn't mean he should be nerfed. If Urgot was that good then yeah nerf him, but he isn't.

You were playing Nasus so I don't understanf how you had trouble. You just take delivery biscuits, celetial body, stack armor and just lifesteal. This just leaves me to believe that you don't understand Urgot or Nasus.
