LP per game , Loss vs Win ??

So I'm getting between 19 to 22 LP for wins and only 15 to 18 for losses. It seems as if the system is rigged to give me points even on a 50% win rate. I guess what i trying to ask is do you receive more LP as you string wins, games, which seems to be my case. I'm not complaining , but it seems as if Riot has the game set so you should rank up if you just keep grinding out more games. Am I right ?

If you're gaining more LP than you're losing, that means that your MMR (a system that determines where you are, skill wise) is higher than your average. This means that if you keep playing, eventually it will even out.
